EXPERIENCE
August 2023 - June 2024
Backpacker
Australia
I have always wanted to visit Australia at some point in my life, and while working at Releasy I thought to myself, why not go for it, why not step outside my comfort zone and try something completely different and new for me. So I did. I applied for a visa, and it got granted. I was thrilled. After leaving my former workplace, I spent my time preparing for the experience of a lifetime. As of typing this, my planned travel-date, is not far away and I am getting more excited by the day.

In Australia I am looking for a job to fund my travel plans futher along the trip. Preferebly a job that would make me viable for a second year visa. I have always enjoyed both physical and mental challanges, so I have no problem working a demanding job. I would love to be a part of a great group of people to learn as much as possible and have a great time together. With that being said, I am open to all working opportunities that may come my way.

If you have any questions for me, please do not hesitate to contact me, preferebly via email which you can find under my contacts.
March 2023 - August 2023
Customer service agent
RELEASY
At Releasy, I was a remote customer service agent taking care of customer needs at two large grocery store chains. Everyday I handled requests and questions from customers via both phone and email.
The challange at with this job was to help every customer with their need and to do so efficiently all while giving the customers the best experience possible.
Since I was employed remotely, I was hoping I could travel while doing this job. Unfortunately, that was not the case and therefore I decided to part ways with Releasy.
June 2022 - March 2023
Self-employed
SELF-EMPLOYED
After working at IES, I wanted to take a step back and analyze the playing field, to be able to plan what I wanted to do in the near future. Meanwhile I started to educate myself in stocks and crypto, to be able to fund me not working a regular job. During this period I realized I wanted to travel as much as possible, which I did at the start when I had the means for it.
March 2022 - June 2022
Substitute teacher
THE INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH SCHOOL LUND
I returned to my primary school, but not as a student this time, rather as a substitute teacher. I taught classes from year 4 until year 9 in all subjects.
The challange working as a substitute teacher was to make myself heard and be respected, all while trying to relate to my students.
A big lesson I have taken with me from this job, is becoming more comfortable speaking infront of a slightly larger crowd, which I have never really been a fan of in the past.
June 2021 - January 2022
Salesperson
COOP STATIONSSTADEN KÄVLINGE
I started working at Coop Stationsstaden a week after I graduated highschool. For the first month I worked in all of the areas: checkout, the dairy department, the meat department and in the colonial department. My second month working at Coop I was asked if I wanted to be responsible for the department of fruit and vegetables with one other colleague. For the remainder of my time at Coop I worked in the fruit and vegetable department. The challange at Coop was the high pace and the conscientiousness that was needed all while being an aid to the customers.
The last couple of months I stepped back from the fruit department and worked less hours to give me more time for planning my future and taking care of other things in life. Soon after I felt I wanted to try something else in life and decided to part ways with Coop.
2019 (Summer job)
Kiosk assistant
SMYGE FISKRÖKERI, SMYGEHUK SIMRISHAMN
At Smyge Fiskrökeri, I took care of their kiosk where I sold ice cream, donuts, coffee etcetera. I was also responsible for arranging the outdoor seating for Smyge Fiskeriet's lunch cart, keeping it clean and restocking with different types of dishes. The main challenge of this job was stress management. I had to make ice cream and donuts, keep clean, make sure to have freshly brewed coffee all while I had to keep an eye on the outdoor seating to make sure everything was as it should and once again of course always be nice to customers and colleagues. Truly a good test of multitasking, which if I may say so myself, I handled very well.
2017-2018
Shop and kitchen/restaurant assistant
INGELSTA KALKON AB, TOMELILLA
At Ingelsta Kalkon I worked on weekends and my tasks varied from preparing food, setting tables, dishing duties, and restock the store. Here the challenge was to take a place in an already established work team, work under time pressure all while being agreeable and accommodating to customers and colleagues.
2017
Promoter
SWEDISH ZIP
At Swedish Zip, I worked for a short period marketing the company's new product. I was sent to Stockholm with two other collegues where we set up a booth at ICA to further market the product. The challenge, and something i've taken with me from the experience was to make myself heard and try to get the attention of stressed people in the capital of Sweden.
